While being able to work in construction continuously throughout the years in the summer, it has allowed me to develop a hard work ethic as well as problem-solving and communication skills with people. I have also helped on a local farm in my hometown in North Carolina which has taught me a number of things about animals and equipment. By also serving as the SGA Student Body president at Bluefield State University. It has given me leadership, communication, and program development skills.

  • I started working in construction during the summers as a freshman in high school in 2018.
  • When working in construction I have gathered a variety of skills.
  • I have framed houses, set cabinets, poured concrete and a number of other things. I have a lot of experience in the construction field, from grading to building the house completely..
  • I have experience in farm work while working for farms in and around Marion North Carolina.
  • While being in college I have worked within the school as a Resident Assistant that has given me a number good qualities allowing me to interact with people on a regular basis.

  • Being the Student Body president of Bluefield State University has been one of my greatest achievements yet. I have been truly honored to represent not only the University but the students within the school as well.
