Beginning as just a regular cashier, I developed my salesmanship at this job while maintaining daily operations. As my knowledge of the business itself grew, more positions began to open up to me such as slicer and dishwasher. Today, I am the first person my manager looks to when he needs a shift covered for any position at this job. Due to my vast knowledge of the menu, I am able to better convince customers into buying more expensive food items. My seniority at this job makes me the defacto leader among my peers. I am entrusted by my manager to delegate what chores are done by who, train new employees, and manage customer complaints.
