I entered college as a business major, but I wasn't sure what career path that would lead to. Surprisingly, as soon as I started my first marketing course, it instantly grabbed my attention and excited me. I switched my major to marketing. I love the idea of creating persuasive marketing messages that can motivate a prospect to get off their couch and take action towards a product or service. The psychology involved in persuasion is fascinating, and it's a skill I need to develop.
I believe marketing is the most valuable tool to reach people and help them take action and make decisions that will improve their lives through quality products and services. Having a career that helps people motivates me and aligns with my values. I take pride in being a hard worker whether in school, sports, personal development, or now in business. I look forward to the opportunity to apply my passion for marketing and my willingness to work hard for your company.
As an appointment setter, I am responsible for lead generation. The first thing I do is identify prospects who would have the financial needs and could be good prospects. I then go to these neighborhoods and begin door knocking on prospects homes who can benefit from our product. I use my communication skills to get my message across with these prospects. If a prospect is interested, and then I will connect them with an expert in the company who wants to learn more.

Weightlifting and spending time with friends and family are what I like to do in my free time. Weightlifting has always been essential in my life because it makes me feel great. It makes me feel happier, more confident, more relaxed, and sets the tone for the rest of the day. I was introduced to weightlifting by one of my buddies in high school; he got me into it because I was tired of being skinny and wanted to put on some muscle. As time went on, I loved the results my body was getting, my mind, but most importantly, I was building my discipline muscle, which is essential for being successful in whatever we pursue. Spending time with friends is essential for me when I have free time. Being able to catch up on what's been going on in life and cracking jokes is always a good time with my friends. You could be bummed out about a certain negative thing going on in your life, but your friends will be right there to make you feel better.
