My name is Luke, and I have cooked all my life. I always wanted to be a chef, and have many years of experience working at three different restaurants and fast food chains. It is my dream to one day be on FoodTV or own my own restaurant. I'm resilient an strong willed. I am artistic, which would be useful in the kitchen. I love cooking up good stuff to eat, it's a passion of mine.
A Slice of Life was 4 hour shifts, 5 days a week. We made of mise en plause and all the stuff to make cakes, pastries and deserts. We made chicken, beef and shrimp and other proteins. It was a fast paced environment and cool people too.
CHEFS was more cooking in large amounts everyday. There were more people working at one time. Loud music playing which was cool which I like. Lots of stuff to eat that you actually want to eat.
