• Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations of the grow facility, oversee all management, point of contact for owners.

• Budgeting and Financial Management: Developed and managed our budgets, tracked expenses. Point of contact for our accountants, attorneys, OMMA Compliance, State Inspectors.

• Compliance: Oversee Compliance Manager, Ensure adherence to all local, and state regulations regarding cannabis cultivation, and extraction including record-keeping and reporting, METRC

• Cultivation: Oversee the Head Grower and cultivation team, including the harvest crew, to ensure seamless operations and high-quality output. After 8 months of growing I brought in a consultant from Colorado to increase revenue in the cultivation space.

• Extraction: I spent 5 months designing and contracting our state of the art Hydrocarbon & Solventless Lab. After completion of the lab I worked with our lab manager to make sure our timeline of projects including costs are in line.

• Ran errands, meeting with drivers and appointments, met with clients for mail delivery and important docs.

• Swept the welding shop, cleaned up the trash.

• Learned to operate heavy machines, forklifts, etc.
