Luke Young

Raleigh,NC

Summary

I began doing home inspections at 16 years old and progressed to get my NC home inspectors license when I turned 18. In total I have 5 years experience preforming home inspections, 3 years holding the license.

Currently my primary line of work is lead HVAC installer. However, I still regularly do home inspections, about 2 every month.

While I feel I have learned much already regarding hvac and general home inspections, I am eager to add to my knowledge and skills when it comes to code inspection.

Having a background in two relatively small companies has helped me to develop the mindset of looking at the overall scope of the job/project and planning for the next steps. I’ve been given much responsibility and proven to handle matters in a professional and proficient way. I would treasure the opportunity to prove myself and solidify a job that encompasses the environment that I’ve grown to love.
