Aug 2023 - May 2025 Hawken Technology Office Internship
Coincided with an Applied Technology class, where we learned about fixing laptops, troubleshooting software issues, and using the command prompt to host public file systems. Internship consisted of volunteering weekly during free periods and helping students with tech problems, fixing computers, and loaning them laptops and other items they need for school.

Aug 2022 - May 2025 Hawken Coding Club Co-Leader (12th), Member (10th, 11th)
The Hawken Coding Club's purpose is to allow members to learn coding at their own pace through the assistance of leaders and more experienced members. We taught beginners how to code in Python and Java, organized competitions, provided resources for beginners, and assisted members in starting their own projects.

May 2025 Senior Project with Lead Data Scientist from Progressive Insurance

Led a senior project exploring the implementation of machine learning algorithms and model replication process with Eric Kerecz, Lead Data Scientist at Progressive Insurance. Projects include predicting loan defaults based on demographic and employment information, and classifying Erythemato-Squamous disease based on observed symptoms.

Aug 2018 - Oct 2024 Hawken Varsity Cross Country

Ran Varsity Cross Country 9th-12th grade from August to November each year. First Hawken XC team to qualify for states in 39 years, All-Conference honorable mention in 10th grade, All-Conference 2nd team in 11th grade. 4th team runner for states in 11th grade. 1st place individual in 2021 CVC Open Race.

2012 - Mar 2025 Piano Lessons

Took weekly lessons since Kindergarten from a private piano teacher (K-2nd), Cleveland Institute of Music (2nd-5th) and Aurora School of Music (6th-12th). Participated in many recitals at both schools and performed in competitions at the Aurora School of Music.

Dec 2021 - May 2025 Hawken Varsity Indoor / Outdoor Track

Ran Varsity Indoor and Outdoor Track since 9th grade in the 800m, 1600m, and 4x800m. Indoor practices ran from December to February and Outdoor Track practices from February to late May. Ran at the Indoor Track state meet and got 8th place in the 4x800m in 11th grade.

Volunteer Experience

Aug 2021 - Present, Technology Department at Mayfield Church

Worked in the Technology department bi-monthly during Sunday services at Mayfield Church. Tasks include operating cameras for online viewers who can’t make it in-person, as well as audio production for speakers, live music, and online viewers.

Sep 2022 - Present, Monthly Community Dinner at Mayfield Church

Volunteered on Fridays from 4:30-6:30pm for a monthly free community dinner hosted at Mayfield Church for the less financially stable to have a free meal or get to know others in the community. Tasks include preparing the meal the day before, and making and serving the meal the next day.
