I have been in the mortgage industry in the past 20 years as I started as Loan Processor and become Mortgage Loan Underwriter. I have extensive knowledge of the loan process, credit analysis, and risk management.   • Invoices: Credit, Processing, HOI and Appraisal invoices must be received and clear condition.
  • Make sure FHA Amendatory Clause and Real Estate Cert is fully executed by all parties.
  • Junior Underwriter is responsible for completing date entry associated with appraisal.
  • Responsible for Appraisal Delivery Timing Requirements
  • Condo Review: For limited review condo, Junior UW will clear Hazard insurance condition and do associated date entry.
  • Payoff: Junior UW is responsible for clearing payoffs on conventional loans and for updating figures on GOV loans.
  • Letter Credit Inquiry: Condition borrower for newly opened credit lines.
