- Vitals & Monitoring:Measure and chart a patient's pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration

- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Help patients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the restroom.
- Mobility: Assist patients in and out of beds or wheelchairs and safely reposition them to prevent pressure ulcers.
- Served meals and assisted patients with eating while monitoring their appetite.
- Escorted patients to various departments for X-rays and other diagnostic imaging, facilitating timely access to necessary medical services.
