Skills Abilities

I am currently a PCT-A at Winnebago Mental Health Institute. I am very active in patient care and safety. I was formerly the assistant manager at a group home within Productive Living Systems. Here I was able to help individualize support plans for each client. All employment I have retained has dealt with all communication and maintaining safety and documenting progress and reporting changes in clients. I have excellent leadership skills as I was a manager of a adult family group home where I was in charge of four adults, but also the staff that worked in my house. Delegation is second nature to me in order for time management to work and things to get done.
