Throughout my years of working with Trackers, I successfully cultivated a positive community among the campers, that continues to this day. I helped foster this environment not only by making sure that I helped the campers when I could, but also by encouraging the older campers to help their younger compatriots, and showing them how valuable teaching is as a learning experience. I would say this is the accomplishment I am the most proud of.
