An Associate Safety Committee (ASC) serving as a collaborative employee-led group that identifies workplace hazards, recommends safety improvements, and promoting safety awareness in tandem with management. These committees function as a direct communication link between frontline workers and leadership.

Core Responsibilities & Activities Hazard Identification:

1. Floor walks (often wearing designated green vests) to identify unsafe behaviors, equipment issues, or environmental hazards.

2.Safety Meetings: The committee meets with safety specialists and management on a monthly or quarterly basis to review data trends and propose actionable solutions.

Training in the following areas:

7. Knowledge on use proper PPE, including safety goggles, chemical-resistant gloves, and respiratory gear, and regularly inspect the equipment
