  • Follow grant match regulations, and record them in the general ledger.

  • Review monthly income statements to ensure the data recorded was properly allocated.
  • Maintaining an Accounts Receivable Manual to summarize the billing, matching, reporting, and documentation requirements for each grant or funding contract received.
