• Ensured quality requirements were met before the Social Security (SSA) reporting systems and Web Center portal replacement were released.
• Optimized productivity automating templates and help desk reports for the Exxon Mobil cost center tier 3 of chemical engineers using the CRM system and the telephony system in 2005.
