As Clerk I am eager to contribute to our teams success through hard work, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. I have a clear understanding of my responsibilities, I am motivated to learn, grow and excel within BCFS if given the opportunity.
I am strong, Efficiency-driven clerical team member with demonstrated abilities in managing files, organizing records and coordinating paperwork. I am devoted to enhancing team performance with smooth administrative support. I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Excel with ten plus year of accounting experience.
I first came to BCFS Raymondville to help because of personnel shortage. It was here that I was offered a full time position working 3rd shift after only a few weeks.
After working a couple of months I then applied for the 2nd shift position and transferred to that position in January 2017.
In June of the same year, an opportunity arose for 1st shift position and then too, I applied and transferred to that position in June of 2017.
On February 16, 2018 the File Clerk position became available in the Administration Department, it is then that I too applied for that position and with my hard work, dedication and experience I advanced to this position.
After working only a couple of months as PRN, I was asked to help out in the Raymondville Shelter, where it is there that I was then offered a full time position.
Managed multiple clients, budgets and exceeded production goals every tax season.
Reconciled customer cash accounts that had been left past due for months, saving the customers hundreds in interests and fees.
Worked with over 500 plus vendors.
