I am an ambitious, enthusiastic and hardworking individual who is quick and willing to learn and is not fazed by a challenge. I am very reliable, organized and have the ability to multitask. My coaching and college experiences have enabled me to be very personable, outgoing and comfortable when speaking to both players and parents. I have 8 years of coaching experience in both England and across the United States in all different age groups.
Within this role I have assisted the head coach in practice and game strategies to maximise team performance and potential whilst also aiding in the development of vision, goals, session plans and individual growth.
I have planned and led goalkeeper sessions regularly, ensuring they are prepared for upcoming opponents.
I create scouting reports on opposing teams, analysing their strengths and weaknesses and providing ways to beat them as well as analysing our game footage to identify areas of improvement for both individuals and the team.
Provided an outlet for players to ask questions or raise concerns as well as being support for them.
I have worked for Challenger Sports as a Camp Director each summer since 2021 and have traveled across 10 states within this role. I returned in the spring 2024 season to coach soccer sessions at early learning centers across the Denver area and also provide planned thorough sessions for Colorado United Soccer Club.
As Camp Director, I am responsible for overseeing soccer camps in a variety of locations, ensuring that they run smoothly by handling logistics and issues with parents, players and coordinators and handling administrative work for each camp.
In this role I led a team of coaches each week to perform at their very best to provide players with a high level of coaching. I direct specialized practices to allow players to gain the knowledge and skills required for their position on the pitch. I also evaluate individual players' knowledge to create more specific sessions to develop and maximize their talent.
Following graduating from Randall University in May 2023 after 3 seasons of playing there I became the assistant women's soccer coach. In my Junior season I sent our team to the National Championship in Kissimmee, FL where we finished national runner up.
Within this role I instilled the love and passion I have for the game into my players whilst also holding them accountable for their actions and ensuring sportsmanship is displayed in every aspect of the game.
I have been very involved in recruiting; taking prospect players on tours around campus, talking via zoom with both players and parents about the school and what it can offer for their soccer career.
I have worked alongside the head coach as a team to provide our players with knowledge, organization and professionalism to allow them to play to their maximum potential. I also kept track of players' grades and would conduct meetings with them if they slipped to find a solution to improve them.
Whilst in this role I also worked as the Assistant Sports Information Director, where I would input games and statistics into the system, created social media posts and ensured game day operations run smoothly and have also briefly worked in the Financial Aid office.
Within this role, I processed college applications and enrolled new students and their information into our database. I was also in charge of accepting and uploading transcripts into the system as well as sending official transcripts to their required destination.
During this time, I also worked in recruitment. This involved calling and emailing prospective new students to productively provide them with accurate information about the college. I would also speak with parents and students and would talk to them through information such as the enrollment process. I would also schedule and perform campus tours as well as communicating with program advisors about potential new students.
As a teenager I worked as a soccer coach for Blackpool FC Ladies, Blackpool UK, whilst also playing for their women's 1st team.
During this time I coached 2 U9 teams and also a development squad too. In this role, I taught the fundamental skills of a soccer player whilst also evaluating my players and picking out areas in which they needed development. I would plan sessions to better my players' talents whilst also making sure they had fun.
