Summary

Education is a fundamental right and necessity for all students, regardless of their abilities. As an ESE teacher, it is most important to me that students feel safe, ready to learn, and learn in an environment that is sensitive to their needs while fostering their growth. As I enter the teaching profession following my preparation program, I am entering with an open-mind and willingness to learn and improve as I gain experience as a new teacher. I am ready to share my strengths and ideas in a new classroom and work alongside a team that I can receive coaching and support from.
