  • Ensured all doctors have the necessary supplies to continually send cases in. Coordinated Fed-Ex pick-ups and tracked cases online. Reached out to our UPS or FedEx reps to aid with any cases that were delayed and relayed updates to customers.
  • Worked with an estimated 75 technicians and collecting completed cases and ensuring we are on track for 3 hard deadlines daily.
  • Trained and mentored new team members and managers on Evident systems to promote operational performance and help clients with tracking information.
  • Received incoming shipments, compared contents against associated records and transmitted to proper department.
