My name is Lydia Hamby, I am 16 years old with 6 years of work experience. I have been volunteering my summers from ages 10-14 to work at AIM Thrift. Once I turned 14, I legally started getting paid. At the age of 15, I became a Team Leader at AIM Thrift. That position includes being in charge of five or six teenage girls every Saturday. I give them jobs, keep them on track, and I am always there to help them in any circumstance. I am the one they call when there is a problem, whether that be with a customer, or technical problem with the register. The managers at AIM trust me to handle every situation I face confidently, respectfully, and most importantly, professionally.
