My daily duties include
Answering phones to give information regarding treatment and scheduling appointments
Call patients to prepare for their appointments
Greet patients, have them fill out paperwork and room patients
Prepare consents and paperwork for the next day's clinic
Scan in and file consents and paperwork
Fax medical clearance track down labs
Monitor Provider dictations for each clinic day and patient
Check out patients through PatientNow and receive payments for treatment, surgery or products
Participating in surgical, injectable, and aesthetic training procedures to gain knowledge on everything we have to offer
Travel between locations to provide care as needed
In free time I research and familiarize myself with the products and treatments we offer to be best prepared for any questions patients might have
My daily duties included
Answering phones and explaining procedures to potential patients. As well as giving post operative instructions to current patients
Schedule appointments and file prior authorization through insurance.
Prepare pre op information such as consents for patients, facility requests, prior authorizations, lab information to be sent off.
