Resistance training, stretching, mobility & recovery, art(drawing), creating, cooking, singing,

Most of my program design is catered towards those with Chronic Illness or those with health limitations. I focus on endurance, interval cardiovascular activity, muscle stabilization, and ample stretching and rest to ensure a pleasant recovery inbetween sessions. I know how to meet clients where they're at and gradually build their capacity to achieve movement, health, and fitness goals.

Drawing is an artistic expression and hobby that brings me happiness. It is a simple gift that adds delight. I've used this gift for presentation of information and to have fun with children under my care as an opportunity to connect with them.

I know my way around the kitchen, how to execute recipes, prepare efficiently, and clean properly.

I sing for joy. I am always blessed to share my voice to bring hope or a smile to someone's face.
