I was fortunate to have learned many skills such as communication, delegation, and problem-solving while working at Ayres Co. I gained office experience that was also unique as we were starting the company. I worked as an assistant to the CEO and the company's general manager. I was able to work in many different fields of the business to help where it was needed to create content, organize anything online and in-person, and be willing to figure out challenges or make decisions on the go.
I can learn very quickly and adapt to the needs of any situation. This was helpful in my work as an assistant to be prepared to handle anything that needed to be completed or solved. I am also now proficient at any social media work or tasks.
