Summary

I am very open minded individual who is looking to expand and grow in different fields and occupations.

I am a dedicated individual and I believe in having good time management and being on time. Good work ethic is important to me as well as maintaining a safe space and treating customers and peers with respect and kindness.

I am interested in expanding my knowledge of nature because I want to advocate for the environment and encourage more sustainable awareness. Currently I am awaiting a Permaculture Program to have open applications. I have taken many courses from art theater, psychology, and AP English and I am actively . I am determined to get a career in environmental sciences and develop the education and skills required to be successful in that field. I need to aid living things and teach people how to do the same. I want to be able to spread awareness so that people can act on supporting a more sustainable lifestyle. I love being outside and working with nature to sustain a healthy ecosystem. As an employee, I’m a very organized, fast paced learning individual with a drive and motivation to learn about all things that involve horticulture and agriculture. Volunteer Work

Location: Homelessness to Forever, 515 N. 1st Ave., Arcadia, CA,

Every Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, from 11am to 4pm, some volunteers and I will open the shop and bring out products to make the store look attractive and interesting to attract potential customers. The stores’ products are all donated from people and local businesses ranging from antique vintage items like vinyls and depression glass to toys and random decor. All proceeds go to charity for animals to get vaccinated and neutered. There are about 7 other volunteers who help out in store and care for the animals staying there. I had recently helped take photos of some animals up for adoption to help them receive more attention. I show up to the shop when I can to help. When I open alone, the first thing I have to do is catch the cats since the owners don't like keeping them in the cage all night, then I open the doors and take out the store items that act as display and decorate the outside of the store. Once the store looks presentable, I sweep and dust or post on their social media since I run the account. I do what I can to spread awareness and promote the shop and I encourage friends and family to visit, volunteer or donate if they can.
