  • I was given the opportunity to coordinate all meeting logistics, agenda materials, travel arrangements, expense reporting and calendar/email management for several committees and subcommittees in this division which successfully allowed these important members to be more engaged and attend these meetings
  • I created presentations including Excel spreadsheets, graphs & charts using MS Office tools/technology
  • I was able to coordinate and successfully help manage the annual department budget of over $5M by meeting with Senior Leaders to determine yearly budgets, entering budget into the financial system and creating forecast adjustments
  • Department included the budgets for Publications Committee, Publications Operational Support and Digital/IT teams
  • We were very successful at staying under budget and providing these members with a huge educational and networking benefit
