As a telephone operator specialist, my duties include answering phones ina polite and professional manner. I assist patients, medical professionals and others in the medical industry by answering calls, assessing needs and transferring them to the correct locations. With patients, I assess the callers needs and get them to the proper nurse and location or get a message to the nurse to return the call.

As a caregiver, I was able to assist the elderly with their basic needs in their own homes. I assisted in making meals, bathing, giving medications and made sure the homes were clean and safe. I also transported my clients to and from appointments.
