I have worked in customer service for over 20 years. Helping others is my passion. I have managed a wide variety of customer service and administrative tasks to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently. I have directed calls to appropriate individuals and departments, as well as greeted customers entering the business to ascertain what each customer wanted or needed. I have politely assisted customers in person and via telephone answering questions with up-to-date knowledge. I continually strive to educate myself to be more proficient in serving the customer. For example I have taken a verbal judo class that helps you understand the correct way to defuse an angry customer and at the same time makes the customer feel as if my only concern is for their well being.
