OSU intern placement instructor

During my time at The Buckeye Ranch (2014-2019), I managed one to two BS level interns each year during their final internships.  I assisted them in building a plan to meet their educational goals for the placement.  Assisted them in addressing strengths and weakness in a variety of situations during the placement.  Modeled and supported them while they were learning about the foster care system and managing their own caseloads.
