  • Zero trust Initiative, TIAA digital transformation program. Leading the engineering, program and business teams to drive adoption of new technologies and platforms through incremental work streams with the goal of transforming the risk profile of the organization through the adoption of a NIST 800 Zero trust strategy. Supporting multiple delivery teams across IAM, Ops and Network to achieve a common vision for delivery of business process migration to AWS, GCP and Azure over 18 months, 3 years and 5 years.
  • FRB Boston IAM Initiative, TIAA MRA: Federal Regulatory compliance program. Working with my own engineering team, coordinated 4 regulatory work streams across 15 subsidiaries, with the goal of delivering common access controls across the organization. Interpreted regulatory letters of instruction on behalf of the Audit and Cyber teams, identifying gaps, mapping processes and designing remediation strategies, including technical solutions and integrations where possible. Procured evidence, and directed the creation of evidence where it was missing, such as reports and audit trails over time. Successful closure of all 4 work streams in 2022, with full acceptance by the Federal regulatory board in 2023.
