Accomplishments

The Coil and MLI material have been a part of my job here at ULA for the past 11 years. I had taken on the roll when I was a technician in the warehouse and brought the skill and knowledge and understanding of what I have learned to the Quality Technical Support Rep and much improvement was made in the department. I have created processes to improve both in my warehouse Technion position and as the Quality Technical Support Rep. I am currently working on a green belt for more improvements needed in this area to get us to 25/25. I have also completed the ULA University first MRP class and intend on completing once it is available. I also will be taking a ULA University class for Quality once available.

    3 years Ordnance.

Work with Engineering, Buyers, Material planer, Managers daily.

    Skills and experience:

11 years’ experience in SAP, Shop Floor, Rocket Forge, Program Office Directive, Q-Note, FHM, shippers, NDT call board, QIBC call board, Met/EX, Vouchers Teams and many more ULA sights.

I monitor all raw Coil- MLI material that is received into ULA. Once received there is a process for this material that need to go thru 3 work centers before it can be shipped to the testing facility. I will monitor this process thru each work center until it ready to ship. Once completed the buyer will be contacted and a PO/PR is generated for the samples to be shipped to the outside lab for testing.
