Oversaw all aspects of DFC’s private equity program including the program's investment policy statement, annual capital allocation plan, pipeline development, fund manager due diligence, closing and monitoring through the life of the investment.
Oversaw a team of investment and operational professionals responsible for the management of DFC private equity program, its budget, human resource, and data/reporting systems.
Directly participated in fund restructurings, including manager replacement and other actions to preserve and recover DFC capital. Worked with the Department of Justice and other investigative agencies to assist with a high-profile fraud case.
