Hobbies

Gardening is my active meditation and de-stressor. I work closely within my gated community to sustain our community garden. Painting and drawing have always provided me catharsis as I can express myself creatively. I also love reading. I usually read non-fiction but have recently delved into science fiction. These stories transport me to a new world and have been entertaining and insightful. Reading is the perfect way to wind down after a busy day and reflect on food for thought after a more relaxed day.
