Lynnae Snell

I have worked for Jude’s Barbershop for several years. In 2018, I left to teach at Paul Mitchell the School, but returned so I could work closer to home.

I was promoted to location manager earlier this year. I am responsible for all daily operations, compliance with state regulations, all aspects of customer service and training newly hired employees.

Because of my experience as an instructor, I am often helping experienced stylists with haircutting and styling techniques. I am able to work at any of the 28 Jude's Barbershop locations and I do volunteer to help for shift coverage, when needed.

While teaching at Paul Mitchell The School, I worked in whichever specialty I was needed. I never hesitated to try something new and my skill set grew as a result. My official title was Color Specialist and I taught color classes for all students in attendance. In addition to specialty class, I worked instructing students with guest services in the clinic classroom multiple days per week. I was given tremendous advanced education opportunities and became a certified color expert for Paul Mitchell systems.

I taught two part time CORE classrooms lasting 15 weeks each, Cosmetology Law for several months for senior students and lead the Green Club for students who chose to join.
