Responsible for two Federal Food & Drug Administration Grants.

Prepare Federal Financial Reports Quarterly drawdown reports for expenditures to be reimburse to grants through Federal Payment Management systems.

Process Purchase Orders (PO) through the NJStart Financial System and process payments when orders are received. Process reimbursements to other accounts for payroll, fringe benefits, and Central Motor Pool quarterly.

Reconcile Quicken files expenditures with NJ Treasury system for accuracy.

Responsible for seven commodity councils - mailing assessments to growers and recording payments that pertain to a grower commodity. i.e. Apple, Dairy, Asparagus, Sweet Potato, White Potato, Blueberry, and Poultry Councils. Attend all Council meetings with revenue reports as each councils Liaison.

Responsible for State, Dedicated and Federal Funding budgets for Divisison of Markets.

Responsible for mailing Jersey Fresh Quality Grading applications to farmers and record and deposit checks.

Responsible for the NJ Cooperative Marketing Associaitons in NJ. Mailing Coop eligibility forms and reporting to Secretary of State and NJ Taxation of eligibility in New Jersey. Served as Secretary.
