• I did Practicals checklist with dentists, their staff and families which includes: How to get Along with Others course interviews, sales line hatting, PTS interviews, administration of O/Ws, Condition Formulas, Practicals covering the Org Board, three basket systems, communication systems, statistics, meetings and data series. I got the client to implement these Hubbard Management tools into their practices.
• By getting this LRH tech applied I directly contributed to many expanding practices as well as clients getting on The Bridge.

• I supervised and word cleared students online on the following WISE courses: Study Skills for Life, How to get Along with Others, Mastering Case Acceptance, The Professional Sales; Ethics for Business Survival, Basic Organization, Formulas for Business Success, Management by Statistics, Executive Basics, Leadership, Efficiency and others that covered Marketing and PR.
• These helped to speed the Dentist and their staffs through their programs; with standard supervision and word clearing I obtained stellar results and help to create expansion in the client's dental practices.

• I analyzed successful and unsuccessful campaigns to see what works best across 350 industries with the designs, colors, offers and mailing lists and shared this with Sales Reps, Production, Design, Marketing and directly to clients myself to create effective campaigns.
• My Success Analyst closed clients to share their successful campaigns and got these made into case studies. When I started there were about 25 successful case studies produced per year which we increased to over 350. These directly contributed to selling campaigns and increasing the gross income yearly.
• I worked with clients who had low response campaigns and did a very thorough analysis of their campaign and standardly got them corrected which resulted in them reordering or continuing with their campaign. I directed the design, copy, mailing list etc. on these campaigns to the result of successful campaigns.

• I reviewed and critiqued all the new postcard designs and got the Copywriters and Designers corrected on copy and design errors.
• I wrote a Designer Hat which included LRH Art and Marketing series references as well as important design tips from the CEO.
• I did bimonthly power point presentations with the Design Department hatting them on the above. I participated with the CEO on Marketing Review Committee and reviewed all aspects of a VIP clients campaigns to ensure their success. I greatly improved the Copywriters and Designers skills and improved the quality of the postcard designs and increased the success of the clients campaigns.
• I did requested design critiques of client's prepared to get them to upgrade to fully created designs and helped the Sales Reps close new campaigns with these.

• I first and foremost ensured that the CEO/Dentist and their Office Managers, Associates, Hygienists and Treatment Plan Coordinators knew the technology of sales by doing the sales courses in the course room and they received one-on-one expert sales drilling so they could close treatment plans.
• I directed CEO/Dentists and their staff on the management of their practices based on their conditions and statistics. I ensured they got through the Power Program standardly and were getting the Hubbard Management Technology implemented into their practices. I got them corrected as needed.
• I guided them through the use of meetings, quotas and targets to address their sales and delivery, establishment and marketing based on LRH policy. Through these actions I directly contributed to clients completing the program and expanding their practices.

• I helped these practices achieve success and expansion in their dental practices through standard supervision I contributed to many of these clients getting onto The Bridge.

• I supervised Golden Age of Knowledge students and graduated them on Basics courses, their full Books and Lecture Courses, Congresses and ACCs.
• This with standard supervision we doubled our course room from 100 to 215.
• I also prepared many Scientologist for Golden Age of Tech 2 Services with them making it to Clear, OT and becoming trained auditors

• I supervised KTL/LOC students and graduated them on these courses with stellar results with students making it to Clear and OT, joining staff or the SO and expanding their professions
