Summary

After being employed by Tektronix for several years, our employs went through two acquisitions. This had no significant effect on my jobs and opportunities. Tektronix provided a lot of opportunity for training and learning new things. It was a pleasure to work for them.

I am retired now but, I have two children in school that I am raising. They do indeed take a lot of time. But as I look around at so many businesses short on reliable employees and all the help wanted signs, I have often thought of applying for a job to help out. One of the children has disabilities and both have had traumatic life experiences prior to living with me. When the teacher for my 12 year old mention not yet having a class room aid, I just thought that would be perfect for me, as I love kids and I have a lot of patience as well as experience in foster care and their required trainings.
