- Facilitate all aspects of HR for nationwide IT company
- Manage HRIS employee & payroll system for 100+ employees to include field technicians, desktop technicians, sales managers
- Process $100K weekly payroll, manage PTO & State sick accrual plans, employee on/offboarding, provide HR policies, asset delegation
- Talent acquisition, manage Zip Recruiter dashboard, place ads for current jobs, screen applicants
- Manage & train Albanian co-workers via video conference on all HR duties listed above by creating screen capture training videos
- Respond and act on child support, garnishment orders, unemployment, worker's comp claims & employment verification requests
- Prepare yearly Worker's Comp audits, EEOC-1 & ACA 1095c filing
- Manage yearly open enrollment with benefit's broker
- Guide employees with benefit selections & waivers
- Handle all HR inquiries from 100+ employees
- Investigate complex employee relations issues, work with in-house counsel to answer all employee related subpoenas
- Collaborate with upper management CEO & controller daily to develop effective policy and training procedures.
- Managed employee relations issues professionally, resolving conflicts efficiently while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Maintained accurate HR records in compliance with applicable laws, ensuring efficient data retrieval when required.
