Teaching Philosophy

I am a dynamic and creative teacher with a passion for world language education and second language acquisition (SLA). I believe that all students can acquire a second language, when language is presented in a meaningful, engaging manner. I am innovative and creative in my teaching. I actively bring new methods into my classroom and look to research driven ideas to engage my students in the German language and culture. I specialize in SLA with creative, student-driven engaging lessons, effective classroom management, and consistent communication with stakeholders.
