Lynsey Dion

My role is to provide and coordinate activities that benefit my sister around the community and in the home. These activities include volunteering as a greeter at the local YMCA, provide support when involved in the Rockford Community Choir, Coordinate selling opportunities for my sisters business of yard games, and assisting and supporting Heather around the house with chores. I also help coordinate vacations with Heather during the year to make sure that everything is perfect to plan on what is accessible and fun for her. I am the sole coordinator for Heather's race schedule every year for My Team Triumph and make sure that she is where she needs to be on time and has what she needs for each race.

My role at Arch was to help coordinate activities for students as well as support students in education. During the summer months I helped coordinate field trips around the community as well as coordinate the daily tasks the kids needed to accomplish.

My role was to make sure guests were directed to where they needed to go around the store, complete store transactions, put returns back on the shelves, and assist at the return desk.
