• Manage influencer and celebrity partnerships, including vetting, outreach, and collaboration with internal teams to identify high-value partners for campaigns.
• Monitor social sentiment and community conversations, escalating sensitive issues and ensuring brand safety through proactive moderation and spam/harmful content management.
• Participate in livestreams, virtual events, and online communities to strengthen supporter engagement, while documenting testimonials and success stories for organizational use.
