- I have worked at International Paper for almost the last 4 years . I have driven clamp truck, plate truck, operated on the dry and wet end of the corragater, starch and bail my current job position is the double back operator on the wet end.. but I have preform a lot of other task in my almost 4 years.. Clamp truck operator, unload semi trucks and train cars, put roles in role room, stack them and scan them to location.. Plate truck operator, Drive and take units of take off line stack and put them in bays for the finishing driver, also drove plate truck on the finishing side loading and following along with jobs running on machines

- Start at Eck 15 years ago as a general labor
- For 1 year job task were being a helper
- A helper helps out the molder core maker with set ups get materials for the job, chills, riser, wire, ect.pouring aluminum,and melting aluminum
- Then I worked in a cleaning room or finishing department 2 year as a cell operator
- Job task were rattling, sawing, use hand tools to grind and clean part, sanding, and polishing
- Then I did an apprenticeship to become a molder core maker
- Became a molder core maker and stayed doing that for the next 12 years
- Job task were machine set up troubleshooting machines and job imperfections that would later show up in the final finished product, running various machines knowing how to run all molding floors witch were a pepset sand, a shell sand, and a green sand
- Spent a lot time training and helping up coming apprentice
- Was on the apprentice committee for 4 years
- I over looked the work and worked with the new apprentices

- Where I was a sand blaster job task were moving material around with a fork lift
- Setting up to blast, sand blasting
- I also work as a painter
- Job task were setting up to paint moving material, Taping off, prepping, cleaning off blowing off sand dust ect, mixing paint, and set up your sprayer to paint correctly
