Eugia Pharma Ltd, Responsible for HVAC systems i.e. Monitoring of day to day operations, maintenance activities of Air Handling Units, DEHumidifiers, Responsible for HVAC projects execution and qualifications., Responsible for BMS, EMS Systems operations, maintenance and handling excursions., Responsible for Utility equipment operations and Maintenance like: Chillers, Cooling Towers, Hot water generation systems., Responsible for day to day monitoring of power consumption's Chillers and AHU, Dehumidifiers etc., Responsible for Preventive Maintenance and breakdown maintenance., Monitoring of qualification activities HVAC, PASS BOX, LAF, and Isolators other equipment qualification in coordination with external service and internal team., Planning, installation and commissioning of new equipment, preparation implementation and Review of documents like DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ., Preparation and review of engineering documents (SOPs, PMPs, Preventive Maintenance Schedules and Calibration Schedules etc.), Perpetration for functional risk Assessments, External Service agencies Agreements, Handling of QMS documentation related to the Engineering department (Change Controls, Incidents, Deviations, CAPA & Audit compliance etc.), Spares procurement and manpower planning and follow-ups with Vendors., Technical training and on-job training to the engineering team., Reporting to AVP-Engineering., Rising of material Purchase Requisition, Service Purchase requisitions and Indents for material through SAP.
