• Coordinate latent differentiating site conditions with the owner and project manager.

• Responsible for site supervision of work and execution of external works
• Estimating quantities and cost of materials, equipment, labor to determine project feasibility
• Directing construction, operation, and maintenance of activities at project site
• Updating schedule and submitting RFIs
• Coordinating material delivery and updating logs
• Scheduling pre-installation meeting for major activities of work
• Ensuring the work performed on site meets the safety standards
• Scheduling pre-mobilization meeting with the subs to understand the contract requirements
• Planning and designing transportation and structures, following construction and government standards
• Calculating the weight of the steel structural
• Ensuring compliance with quality control
• Reviewing test reports, documentation and filing of paperwork as per requirements
• Supervising and executing each activity with interest to get the best quality
• Site inspections for checking reinforcements, shuttering of slabs, beams, columns, core walls etc
• Prior to pouring the concrete
• Site inspections with the consultant to make the approval for pouring the concrete as per the standards
• Ensuring completion of the assigned project on time and on budget conforming the specification requirements and adhering to the schedule.
