  • As a current maintenance supervisor, I have strived to achieve the expectations of the role from all angles. I have focused on providing the best customer service experience and satisfaction, engaging, coaching, and mentoring the technicians, CSR, and CSC, while maintaining a good level of cost control for repairs and profitability for the department. I am also focused on fulfilling the established processes. As well as provide support my upper management in daily tasks and working closely with the rest of our maintenance team. I joined Penske in April 2022 as an MC. Later, I went through the MMT program from March to September 2023 when I graduated as a Maintenance Supervisor.   • Handle maintenance technology, including IT, diag tablets, Nexiq, and Pace. Conduct all Penske processes, including yard management, reconciliation, job assignment, verification process, tires, batteries, safety, and parts process.
  • Engage with our technicians, coach and help their development and training. Perform PCM and establish their development plans.
  • Maintain the shop tools to the penske standards, including but not limited to the pm cart tools, haltecs, battery chargers, air guns, tire cart tools.
