  • Taught and guided the IRB application process and how to maintain and finish the approval to over 300 graduate students (MA, MS, Ph.D.) in Schools of Public Health and Health Professions, Nursing, Education, and Natural Science for 25 years.
  • Took and passed all required Human Subject Research (social sciences and biomedical)online courses from the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) since 2000.
  • Applied and maintained IRB approval for all funded research projects (20+) for which I was a PI or Co-I, experiencing four types of reviews: Exempt, Expedited, Full , and Continuing.
  • Worked with the National Institute on Aging (NIH) to removing unnecessary items to be filled for Human Subject issues.
