My portfolio at Family Community Church includes Lead Lighting Tech, Service Planning, Event Planning and Audio & Visual Team Lead in the young adults ministry.

• Coordinated and organized a large scale event of 300+ people, which involved assisting pastor and director of the event, managing all teams and third-party vendors, and remaining the lead point of contact for trouble shooting issues.
• Since 2022, assisted the young adults pastor, which involves planning and organizing services and events, putting together leadership retreats, and managing emails and calendars.
• Since 2021, directed and managed production and lighting for 5 different ministries, which includes training volunteers and onboarding 15+ volunteers, scheduling, and creating new and exciting stage and lighting layouts (In 2023, built and set up a whole new display for the young adults ministry which sees over 150 people each week)

• Train (15+) new baristas on protocols, drink building, connecting with customers, health and safety, as well as ongoing training for existing employees.
• Communicate with hundreds of customers daily whether casual conversation or problem solving.
• Supporting integration of new company standards.

• Created fun and exciting lesson plans for students ages 12 months old to 12 years old.
• Communicated with clients about their child's progress, needs and areas of growth.
