During the summer this year to earn some extra money I decided to give some personal swim lessons. This was to the parents who were asking me for them already. This really tested my time magnet skills juggling two jobs and the lessons. It also really tested my patience and my ability to work with the more difficult children for longer periods of time.

• Taught daily swim instruction to students varying in ages and skill levels.
• Maintained CPR, First Aid, and lifeguard certifications to ensure preparedness for emergency situations during lessons.
• Promoted a fun learning environment through engaging activities and games designed to reinforce essential swimming skills.
• Improved swimmer confidence by providing consistent positive reinforcement and constructive feedback on technique.
• Collaborated with swim team coaches to develop successful training plans for incoming trainees.
• Worked on magnet skills teamwork skills with every batch of trainees me and my fellow trainers got.

• Learned and maintained proficiency in first responder skills such as First Aid and CPR to offer individuals in distress optimal support.
• Ensured swimmer safety by vigilantly monitoring pool area and enforcing rules.
• Monitored safety of guests in and around swimming pool.
• Provided friendly customer service to guests and addressed concerns.
• My pool is very busy and over the 3 years working here seasonally I have dealt with heats stroke, seizers, multiple close call drownings and one drowning resulting in cpr. Most of these incidents I was the the first person to the scene.
