Mackenzie Flynn

I have three years experience of dealing with elementary aged students in an aftercare program where I've learned classroom management skills, have aided them in emotional, social, and academic situations and built trusting relationships with students and parents. I am also earning my bachelor's in elementary education, so I am taking classes and will be able to apply newfound knowledge related to teaching and childcare. On top of all of that, I do have 3 years of babysitting experience with children aged from 11 months to 10 years old.
