Coordinating both performers and hosts to ensure that they go on to set ontime and maintain the expectations set during training through through performance notes. Collaborate closely with the lines of businesses to ensure that our operations work in harmony and don't impede on one another. Having the ability to quickly come up with solutions when concerns arise from both cast and guests while maintaining the five key and leadership basics.

Engaging up to ninety audience members through a 8-hour scripted and non-scripted presentation highlighting key Walt Disney information as well as helpful personal accounts to welcome new cast members. I serve as a leader and an ongoing resource for my fellow facilitators and new cast members. Ensuring that each participant has strong foundation of the history and expectations of working for the Walt Disney Company, by representing and explaining the history and heritage of the brand.

Provide day-to-day organizational stability to a location while providing a creative environment for guests to enjoy. Ensuring safety for all performers and coworkers while out in location, but still keeping the show and character integrity intact. Practice precise time management both independently and with a team, while quickly adapting to new instructions and information.
