• As a Consumer Affairs Representative for PGTI, I currently play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for high-quality products and excellent customer service. This position involves handling a wide range of issues related to our products and services, including product inquiries, concerns with authorized dealers, warranty claims, and non-warranty issues, generally managing over 30 phone calls a day. My primary role is to address and resolve these issues promptly while also de-escalating consumer concerns effectively.

• Greet and seat customers with a warm welcome.
• Take orders, provide menu recommendations, and ensure accurate order transmission to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages, ensuring timely and courteous service.
• Attend to customer needs, refilling drinks, and addressing special requests.
• Prepare bills, process payments, and thank customers for their visit.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Collaborate with the team to provide a memorable dining experience.

Shift Manager Duties (Small Family-Owned Restaurant):

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift.
