Motivated, compassionate, and patient-centered OT with clinical experience in acute care and outpatient neuro settings. Skilled in conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, educating patients and families, and in communicating with interdisciplinary team members to provide safe, quality care to all patients.
Worked full-time in a transitional care unit at a critical access hospital where I reviewed medical charts, attended interdisciplinary team meetings, completed evaluations and assessments, and planned and implemented treatment plans to patients. Began as observing the role of OT in this setting and eventually transitioned into managing my own caseload.
